Survey developed by INDELIS sp. z o. o. contains questions about the same issues as the Familienkasse form, but the survey developed by INDELIS sp. z o.o. is more accessible to Polish-speaking customers.

Scope of data Personal data regarding the Customer’s activity on the Administrator’s websites, including in the online store, are processed, such as: visited pages and subpages, the amount of time spent on each of them, as well as data regarding search history, IP address, location, Device ID and data about the browser and operating system.

Legal basis The basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate legal interest of the Administrator consisting in facilitating the use of services provided electronically through the Online Store and in improving the functionality of these services and improving the operation of the Administrator’s websites (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

Time of personal data processing. The data is processed during the limitation period for claims resulting from the provisions of the Civil Code. We process all data processed for accounting and tax purposes for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax obligation arose. After the above-mentioned periods, the data is deleted or anonymized.

• IT support

Description. The administrator runs a business using IT systems (e.g. e-mail, website, etc.), which necessitates the use of IT services.

The scope of data. Data resulting from cookies [link to the Cookie Policy], as well as all other data processed using IT systems (e.g. data processed via contact forms on the website https://kindergeld.eu/).

Legal basis. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR, i.e. our justified legal interest in ensuring proper operation of the website run by the Administrator and other services provided by the Administrator. Personal data storage period: We will process your personal data for the duration of cookies storage or for the storage period indicated for other processing purposes (e.g. in the case of data processing in connection with the recruitment of students, we process data for the duration of recruitment, which usually lasts about one month and delete within three months from the date of contact with us).

• Accounting, accounting – external

Description Personal data of natural persons whose data are included in accounting documents (e.g. VAT invoices, registered receipts) are processed.

Legal basis The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 section 1 letter c GDPR, i.e. the need for the Administrator to fulfill his obligations under the law.

Duration of storage of personal data Personal data is processed by the Administrator for the period of storage of accounting, tax, HR and payroll documentation. The Administrator keeps issued personal receipts and VAT invoices until the expiry of tax liabilities, i.e. for 5 years, counting from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline expired.

• Using the services of third parties or purchasing goods from third parties for the purposes of conducting current business activities by INDELIS sp. z o.o.

Description. In connection with our business activities, we use supplies of goods and services from third parties.

The scope of data. For this purpose, we process personal data:

• Contractor’s Representative – name, surname, function/position, business e-mail address, business address, telephone number, name of the company the Representative represents,

• Contractor (natural person running a business) – name, surname, name of the business, NIP (Tax Identification Number), address of the business, bank account number.

Legal basis. Personal data are processed pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter b GDPR, i.e. in connection with the negotiations, conclusion and performance of the service provision agreement concluded between INDELIS sp. z o.o. and the Contractor. In addition, the basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of the Personal Data Administrator, resulting from the necessity of processing personal data for the implementation of the Administrator’s economic activities and intentions (investigating and defending against claims, preventing fraud, ensuring the security of the ICT environment).

Time of personal data processing. Personal data is processed for the duration of business cooperation, for a maximum period of 3 years from the date of the last contact between the Administrator and the Contractor’s Representative (and longer only until the claims under the concluded contract between the parties expire). Personal data resulting from invoices are processed for the period of storage of VAT invoices required by law, i.e. for 5 years, counting from the end of the calendar year in which the VAT payment deadline for the VAT invoice expired.

How long does it take for us to fulfill your request?

If, in exercise of the rights listed above, you make a request to us, we will comply with it the request or we refuse to comply with it immediately, but no later than within one month after its request received. However, if – due to the complexity of the request or the number of requests – no we will be able to fulfill your request within a month, we will fulfill it within the next two months months, informing you in advance about the intended extension of the deadline.
